The monitor comes in three parts, with the panel, a mounting arm and a base, all of which can be assembled without using tools, which means it’s set up and ready to use in minutes. There’s an external power block too, but it’s not too big, and easily tucked away under your desk.
The panel looks fantastic, with a 1500R curvature and a really good anti-glare coating that is dealing with the exceptionally bright sunlight that’s coming into the office today. Furthermore, the bezels are really slim, especially on the top, left and right sides, but even the bottom bezel is remarkably small.
The stand is that fantastic Cooler Master logo shape we see throughout their product range, and it’s the same premium stand design we see on their more expensive models, albeit this one doesn’t have RGB lighting built into it.
The panel is 27″, which is a great size for productivity and gaming alike. I prefer 32″ panels myself, but that’s easily solved by just moving the panel a little closer to you. Alas, it’s got good ergonomics too, with 15 degrees of swivel to the left and right sides.
It can be tilted down by 5 degrees.
And it can be leaned back by up to 20 degrees, with a huge height adjustment range of 130mm, so you can easily get it positioned just right.
Around the back, it looks pretty cool, with some ridges and angles that give it an art deco aesthetic. There’s a printed Cooler Master logo in the corner, and the stand is nice and slim, but overall, it’s very neat and tidy.
There’s a little ventilation on the upper half, but it’s all passive, this monitor doesn’t have an active fan like some of the early-generation ultra-high-refresh-rate monitors did.
Display inputs are decent too, with a pair of HDMI 2.0 ports and a single DisplayPort 1.2. The good news is that both the HDMI and DisplayPort support the full 1920×1080 240Hz modes.
However, full for reference, here are all of the supported display modes.
