Cooler Master has announced the launch of a new variant of their popular Hyper 212 cooler, now featuring the new Halo² fan.
The Hyper 212 has cemented itself as one of the most popular CPU coolers available on the market and has been modernised and overhauled several times before including today. The new Hyper 212 Halo enhances the cooler bringing significant design and technology overhauls with the new 120mm Halo² fan which is adorned with colour accents and eye catching lighting. This new PWM fan delivers enhanced airflow and cooling performance thanks to its fan blades which have been increased by 10% against its predecessor providing up to 51.88 CFM of airflow.
The Hyper 212 is a tower cooler standing at 154mm and features 4 heat pipes through its aluminium fin stack offering great cooling performance. Atop the cooler is a colour coordinating top cover that showcases the signature logoproviding a sleek look for the cooler. The updated installation brackets are able to accomodate the latest Intel and AMD sockets with ease and due to the slim size of the cooler it is also compatible with most RAM configurations.
