Case and cooling manufacturer Cooler Master has two new additions to their MasterAir CPU cooler heatsink series. The MasterAir MA610P and MA410P both are equipped with RGB LED lighting, merging performance with style. Both use the continuous direct contact 2.0 design, with 45% more contact area than previous models.
The smaller MA410P has four copper heatpipes with a 120mm Air Balance RGB fan. It is essentially the next evolution of the legendary Hyper 212 Plus. The larger MA610P on the other hand uses six copper heatpipes with two Air Balance RGB fans. A wired RGB LED controller is part of the accessory kit, allowing the MA610P to change the color without software. Users can choose between six modes, adjust the brightness and cycle through several color presets.
In terms of exact size, the MasterAir MA610P measures 112.8mm x 130.9mm and is 166.5mm tall. The MA410P is understandably more compact with only one fan at 116mm x 84mm, and is 158.5mm tall. The MA410P’s fan operates at 650 to 2000 RPM via PWM connector, with a noise level of 6 to 30dBA. At full speed, it is capable of delivering 2.34mmH2O and 66.7 CFM. The MA610P’s fan is a little bit different as it operates from 600 to 1800 RPM via PWM connector. At maximum speed, it can deliver 1.65mm H2O and 53.38CFM at 35 dBA.
Both coolers also feature AMD AM4 socket support out of the box. The MA410P also includes mounting hardware for an optional secondary fan installation.
