Cooler Master Masterair G100M UFO RGB CPU Cooler Review
Cooler Master Masterair G100M
Over the years, Cooler Master has released many incredible and award-winning CPU coolers. Of course, these span virtually every budget, from their ever-popular Hyper 212X, to their high-end AIO liquid cooling solutions. Now they’re back with something that’s completely oddball and unique, just to keep us on our toes.
The Masterair G100M is unlike anything we’ve seen from Cooler Master before and takes some of its design ideas from a 60’s flying saucer. Don’t be fooled though, as it still comes equipped with modern features. You’ll find the built-in fan packs Cooler Master’s latest RGB lighting tech, as well as some slick edge lighting for extensive customisation. Of course, you can control that with your motherboard RGB hardware, or with the included software-free switching system.

What’s in the Box
The cooler comes bundled with everything you need to mount on any of the usual AMD or Intel motherboards/CPUs with ease. This includes a universal backplate, quality screws, and some handy thermalpaste. You also get a Molex powered RGB lighting controller, which is pretty neat.
horrible design. they could have had pipes in the middle of the core and made a better copper base that was flushed.
Hi guys. Can you tell me if this fan needs a configuration?. The one i own is veeeery loud, i am about to get mad and kick the thing.
Every 6 seconds or something like that, the fan start to increase the speed making lot of noise and then slow down again, wich makes me crazy. Through the motherbard i set tha fan speed as normal, i have the option to set it as “silence mode” but i am afraid of the cooling not working properly.
Talking about the design and those lights, the fan is incredible. Very bright lights, beatiful colors, nice effects and the UFO design is awesome. The only negative part is the damn noise.
