Cooler Master Masterbox NR200P V2 PC Case Review

A Closer Look – Interior

The interior of the Cooler Masters MasterBox NR200P is pretty straight forward, with a large main chamber that’s going to give you plenty of space to install a pretty potent graphics card. It’ll support a core of up to 356mm in length and 160mm height, or up to a triple slot design.

The case comes with a riser cable too, it’s a PCIe 4.0 cable in the box, and will allow you to mount the card in the vertical GPU mount rather than have it stuck into the motherboard as you usually would.

There’s a fan pre-installed in the bottom of the case, located towards the front, and that’s going to help bring cool air up into the front section of the case, feeding your GPU and GPU. It may not seem like much to have one fan, but it’s a small case, and you don’t need a massive volume of air for such a small space.

There’s a bracket to the right of the motherboard mount, providing a few storage mounts on the exterior, but also acts as the PSU cage, and it can be moved to support SFX and SFX-L.

And there’s a fairly simple design in terms of the framing, which should allow a little bit of room to route cables, but largely, I suspect most cable management would be achieved with care and cable ties, as the bulk of the case interior will be hidden behind your graphics card, you can likely get away with being a little lazy with it. So that’s the interior, it’s a simple enough case, it’s not that big, so let’s get onto the build!
