Cooler Master MasterCase Pro 6 Chassis Review

Introduction

However, what if you’re the kind of person who wants high-performance, but prefers the looks of a Bentley over a Zonda? That’s where the MasterCase Pro 6 comes into play, the same high-end hardware support, but a much sleeker exterior finish and a focus on quieter acoustics, for those who would rather shy away from the visually louder “gamer” aesthetics.

Equipped with the same stunning interior that MasterCase series has become famous for, the MasterCase Pro 6 still gives you the flexibility of the FreeForm Modular System, allowing you to move hard drive bays, optical bays, add extra interior lights, GPU supports, vertical GPU mounts, tempered glass windows and more. Some of those are optional extras, the same hardware that fits the 5-series chassis hardware in fact, so it keeps with the whole “make it yours” philosophy that Cooler Master has worked hard to create this last couple of years.

Packaging

The MasterCase Pro 6 comes packaged in a large and very durable box, with lots of protective padding around the chassis. It also comes with a freaking huge bag in the box…

That right, to get the chassis out of the box, you simply lift it out in this rather nifty protective bag, a small detail but one I can appreciate given how many chassis is put in and out of their boxes each week.
