- With the Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360 Sub-Zero , the manufacturer presents a very powerful complete water cooling system with Intel Cryo Cooling technology. The combination of a 360 mm radiator and an electrothermal converter (Peltier element) cools the ML360 Sub-Zero Intel processors below room temperature. Thanks to its low noise level and simple design, the ML360 Sub-Zero is also very suitable for workstation PCs.
- The Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360 Sub-Zero , developed in cooperation with Intel, combines the closed cooling circuit of complete water cooling with the thermoelectric cooling capacity of a Peltier element. The AiO suitable for Intel’s Socket 1200 is designed for 250 watt TDP.
- A 360 mm aluminum radiator, which is equipped with three PWM fans in 120 mm format, is responsible for the enormous cooling capacity . The fans also work quietly with a maximum of 1,900 rpm and a maximum of 26 decibels. The Intel Cryo Cooling Technology consists of a combination of Peltier element and software control and ensures that cooling performance and noise generation are optimally adapted to the waste heat from the CPU.
- The electrothermal converter is integrated into the cooling block and is supplied with a 6 + 2-pin PCIe power connector. A large copper base plate quickly dissipates heat away from the processor. The powerful pump is located between the cooling block and the radiator so that it does not transmit any vibrations to the CPU. Cooler Master developed the MasterLiquid ML360 Sub-Zero in cooperation with Intel specifically for the 10th generation processors.
