Latest Cooler Master Peripherals at Computex 2017

Cooler Master Peripherals!

Ready for more Cooler Master hardware from Computex 2017? We certainly are! With some of the best keyboards and gaming mice on the market, Cooler Master are already a favourite of many of our readers, so let’s take a closer look at what is on offer.

MS120

First up, we have their brand new gaming bundle, the MS120. Following on from their last bundles, this new one has been massively upgraded in terms of features. It now has full RGB lighting with effects, offering much more in-depth customisation than previous models. On top of that, you’ll notice that everything can be controlled directly from the keyboard and mouse, with no desktop software required to get everything done.

The mouse is a fairly familiar design, borrowing from some of Cooler Masters existing standalone products. It features LED lighting on the wheel, rear logo, as well as a light bar at the rear bottom.

The keyboard is a more affordable unit, so while it looks like a mechanical, it’s actually a membrane plunger. This gives it an MX Brown type feel.

Gaming Mice

Next up, we have their new MM530 (left) and MM520 (right) gaming mice. The MM530 features a 12000 DPI Pixart sensor, PBT buttons, Omron Switches, and 3-zone RGB lighting. The MM520 uses a 12000 DPI Pixart sensor too but has a ring finger rest grip design. They’re basically the same, but with different ergonomics.

The new MH320 headset is basically a more affordable version of their lovely MasterPulse series. It uses an auto adjustment headband for ease of use and features a hard-wired boom microphone. Unfortunately, we’re not sure of the drivers used, but my guess would be CM’s usual 44mm.

OMG ITS WHITE

I love the MasterPulse and MasterPulse Pro Headsets. However, it’s just gotten even better thanks to this special edition white model; don’t it look stunning!

Peter Donnell

As a child still in my 30's (but not for long), I spend my day combining my love of music and movies with a life-long passion for gaming, from arcade classics and retro consoles to the latest high-end PC and console games. So it's no wonder I write about tech and test the latest hardware while I enjoy my hobbies!
