Cooler Master’s CM Storm line have just unveiled the latest in their series of mechanical keyboards. The MECH is a new keyboard from Cooler Master featuring a fully aluminium construction as well as integrated USB 3.0 ports. The keyboard features an integrated ARM processor to run its Rapid Fire Engine which helps the MECH respond and edit complex macros on the fly. The MECH, very much like the CM Storm Trigger has 5 macro keys to the left of the main keyboard, these can store up to five profiles each.
The CM Storm MECH features a customisable and removable aluminium plate which can be swapped out for a colour of your own choice. This is very much similar to Cooler Master’s CM Storm Pulse-R which has removable aluminium ear plates that can be customised.
The CM Storm MECH is capable of 64 key rollover and can use a variety of Cherry MX switches: Blue, Red or Brown. The keys have full LED backlighting.
Included in terms of ports is a pair of USB 3.0 ports and two audio connectors.
