CoolerMaster Storm Spawn

From the start the box looks impressive. It is a very high quality box made of a thin but stiff cardboard which is reinforced and coated with a separate layer instead of printing directly onto the cardboard. This gives a very nice smooth and glossy finish.
From the front we see the mouse with a few swirls round it, which shows off the mouse but in my view isn’t the best picture. However it does list a few details like the 3500 CPI with precision optical sensor. It also includes the Onboard Sentinel-X 32Kb technology, Claw-style ergonomic design and superior rubberized anti-slip grip design. This all sounds a bit too impressive to be true. Of course there is also a CM Storm logo with the motto Arming the Gaming Revolution’. This front is just a cover to the box and opening it up shows it is held closed with a very strong Velcro system. Opening this up shows us the mouse, surrounded by a vacuum-formed plastic tray so you can admire the mouse. On the left hand side, there is a detailed diagram of the mouse showing you the position and location of the buttons and the the technologies on board. Below they explain the essence and importance of each technology.
On the back of the box is the Specification list which occupies the whole of the back. There is also a copyright statement and a few other logos.
The sides have a very limited explanation in several languages Gaming Mouse Spawn’ and state the Storm includes Strength, Security and Control’ but this is more referring to the Storm brand than this specific mouse.
