CoolerMaster have revealed their latest full tower gaming chassis the CM Storm Trooper with support for Micro-ATX, ATX and XL-ATX, the case dimensions are 250 x 605.6 x 578.5 mm (9.8 x 23.8 x 22.8 in) weighing in at 14.4 KG / 31.7 lbs.
The Storm Trooper features two 90 degrees rotatable 4-in-3 HDD modules, an easy-to-carry handle and hidden tool box, removable dust filters on bottom and top intakes, a built in fan controller for cool or quit operation, supporting up to 14 hard drives for future upgrades, a convenient external 2.5” HDD/SSD X-dock and supports high-end hardware, including XL-ATX boards and multiple GPUs in SLI or Crossfire.
The case also has a wealth of drive bays with 9x 5.25 inch with the option to convert them up to 8x 3.5 inch (using two 4-in 3 HDD modules) or up to 13x 2.5 inch (using two 4-in 3 HDD modules), the chassis can support CPU coolers with a height of up to 186 mm / 7.3 in and graphics cards with a length of up to 322 mm / 12.7 in, and also has a vast range of fan options with 2x 120mm LED front intake fans (1200 RPM, 17dBA), a 200mm top fan (1000 RPM, 23 dBA), a 140mm rear exhaust (1200 RPM, 19 dBA), and optional 2x 120mm floor fans and 2x 120mm side panel fans.
The front panel hosts 2 USB 3.o (internal connection), 2 USB 2.0, 1 e-SATA and HD audio, with 9+1 expansion slots and rear water cooling pass-through grommets.
