CoolerMasters latest products at CES 2013

Cooler Master were out in force at CES 2013 and not only did they have a fantastic product display, but also some really strong products to look forward to throughout 2013. Cooler Master have already earned them selves plenty of fans throughout the community with their Scout and HAF chassis, as well as their solid outing of mechanical keyboards and case accesories, so what do we have to look forward to this year?

The first thing that caught our attention were two stunning custom chassis designs, while these were purely for show we couldn’t help but have a closer look at these first.

Excelent work and making great use of the versatile Scout II chassis.

On a more serious note though, the Scout II Advanced Edition, which has undergone some tweaks, has three fans pre-installed and improved air filters, this model will replace the current Scout II models.

Also on offer were a whole new range of budget friendly chassis designs that I expect to do very well throughout 2013. They might not be much to look at here but pack plenty of features and we look forward to reviewing them later in the year.

Also on display were a fine collection of current gen and future CPU cooling solutions that we will be seeing throughout the year, our cooling reviewer Ryan should be keeping you up to speed on these over the next few months.

This however was the real star of the show, a slick alluminum finish chassis that I think is going to be the next really big thing for Cooler Master, I mean just look at it! it’s simply stunning.

This blank canvas is going to go down a storm with case modders and build quality is sublime, this should certainly make for an exciting review later in the year.

Cooler Master of course live up to their name when it comes to cooling solutions and had a plethora of laptop coolers on offers in all shapes and sizes, while I don’t confess to knowing much about them they certainly are handy little things.

Moving into the newer markets Cooler MAster also have a very high quality range of iAccesories, such as docks, stands and mounts.

While they don’t look like much their build quality was 2nd to none and should you get chance to handle or test one I recommend that you do.

For those of you who love to use your laptop from the comfort of your couch, this device may be perfect for you. It’s a simple over leg table that acts as a stand for your laptop, comes fitted with cooling fans and a USB hub all of which should help you stay productive and comfortable at the same time.

Another cool product on display was this QuickFire Stealth which from a top down view has blank keys, but as you can see the front side of each key has a small lable on it that you can see from this forward angle, either way it looks extremely slick and should be available with a selection of cherry switches.

There were plenty of other smaller items scattered around the suite, including many items we’ve already reviewed here at eTeknix such as the Ceres 400, QuickFire TK, a few mouse mats and more.

Along side the slick Aluminum chassis we saw earlier comes this aluminum covered keyboard, not only does it look great but you can also remove the faceplate and customise it with paint, engravings, what ever your creative side can come up with to really make it your own.

It looks like its going to be a strong year for Cooler Master, with a solid range of new chassis designs, some very interesting keyboard designs and a push towards to benefits of MX Green keyboard switches, a wide range of cooing products and much more, what are you most excited about seeing from the new product ranges this year?
