After running this test three full times (total of 2 hours worth of testing), we found these results.

Please note all of these temperatures are temperature differences from the starting point and not absolute temperatures.

From this you can see that the Lapchilla may well have had some effect but it was so minimal we can’t say it made any real difference. In fact in one of the repeats we found the temperatures to be exactly the same and quite frankly after this we were surprised it did manage to edge ahead at all.
