Corsair 2500 Series Dual Chamber mATX Case Review

Complete System

Starting at the back, there’s quite a lot of room back here, even with an ATX Corsair PSU, there was ample room for modular cables, as this case is pretty long from front to back despite only being micro-ATX.

That’s further put into perspective with this Sapphire 7900 XT, which certainly isn’t a small graphics card, but there’s more than enough room to spare here.

If I did have a thick radiator in the right side mount, it’s certainly not going to conflict with the GPU, and even then, that recess is so deep, that the largest RTX 4090 cards still shouldn’t cause any issues.

The only downside of it being dual-chamber is that there’s no clean way to route the GPU power cable, however, some graphics cards now have a reversed power connector to clean this up. The thickness of the GPU or any other add-in cards will also directly influence what you can install at the bottom of the case. However, a row of fans is unlikely to be an issue for most builds.

The width of the case is excellent too, so wider GPUs with those pesky “please don’t bend me too much” 12VHPWR cables should fare pretty well here.

Cable routing around the motherboard is great, with plenty of large cut-outs to easily get cables out of sight, and there are spacings for both mini-ITX and micro-ATX.

Hardware clearance is very good throughout, and while I am using low-profile equipment here, larger air tower coolers or AIO coolers won’t be an issue. Furthermore, those wanting to do some custom loop hardware will certainly have an easy job with all this space!

With all the glass back in place, well, it doesn’t really hide anything, you can see every detail of your build. The hardware I’m using isn’t littered with RGB, but even without lights, it’s easy to show off your hardware.

Cable management is king in this case as if you do a sloppy job, you’ll have to look at it every time. Thankfully, Corsair has knocked it out of the park here, and it’s easy to get a great-looking build with relatively no effort.
