Corsair 350D M-ATX Chassis Review

One of the biggest things that really stands out about the 350D is the cable management, while sure they’re just holes covered with rubber, it’s still impressive to see so many in a chassis of this size and I have no doubt that it will make the end result look fantastic, a good thing too given the clear view provided by the windowed side panel.

Here we can better see the pre-installed 120mm exhaust fan which comes fitted with a standard 3pin cable, below the fan you can see that each of the expansion slot covers come fitted with quick release thumb screws.

The front features 2 x 5.25″ optical bays that feature a quick release mechanism, below that there are 3 x 2.5″ drive bays suspended from the optical bay, each of these can be fully removed thanks to a clip-in mounting system. At the bottom we have 2 x 3.5 / 2.5″ drive trays, so plenty of room for storage.

There is plenty of room in the top for a 240mm radiator and something like a H100 would fit in here nicely, the extra cable management holes here will be well suited to the fan and pump cables and should keep the interior of the chassis neat and tidy.

The back of the chassis features a few cable tie down loops that will help even further with the cable management. The 3 x 2.5″ drive bays are loaded from this side that will keep the front side of the chassis looking neat and tidy too.

The chassis offers up almost a full inch of cable management room, shouldn’t have any issue packing a lot of cable behind here as this is more space than you’ll likely ever need.
