Corsair have released three new updates to the Flash Drives with the Flash Voyager GT, Flash Voyager and Flash Survivor bringing them up to date with USB 3.0 versions all of which are backwards compatible with USB 2.0 devices.
The Flash Voyager GT USB 3.0 provides data transfer rates of up to four times the speed of USB 2.0 drives, and even two times the speed of standard USB 3.0 flash drives the 64GB model has a maximum read speed of 135 MB/sec and a maximum write speed of 83 MB/sec, it is wrapped in a rubber water resistant finish, available in 32GB at $59 and 64GB at $129.
The Flash Voyager has a redesigned body which has an overall reduced size at just 73 x 23mm also wrapped in the same rubber finish as its previous incarnation and is available in 8GB at $17 and 16GB at $24.
The Flash Survivor USB 3.0 is built with the same proven tubular design as the previous model housed in an anodized aircraft-grade aluminium casing and is water-proof to 200m, it is shock and vibration resistant and this version is available in 8GB at $28 and 16GB at $35 models.
