As many people will know there are often issues with clearance when it comes to large CPU coolers and high RAM modules. Corsair have recognised that their RAM is often used in conjunction with large CPU coolers and in response to this have released the low profile vengeance modules.
The general range Vengeance LP modules will be similar to current vengeance modules in price, voltage, frequencies and timings. The only major difference will be the height. The current vengeance modules measure in at 1.87 inches (4.8cm) high whilst these new Vengeance LP modules will be only 1.03″ (2.7cm) which is quite a substantial height reduction , good news for computer enthusiasts. A special low voltage option is available, the arctic white version will run at 1.35v.
