Now that the system is complete we can see just how well the 300R handled our test components. The overall build time was only 20mins and that’s a pretty good build time for any system. I was concerned that the cable management wasn’t going to look good, but I was able to route some cables behind the motherboard and limit the use on the cut-outs, so everything still looks neat and tidy.
Didn’t have any trouble fitted the Antec 920, it was a bit of a squeeze and does sit fairly close to the CPU cooling block, but that’s not really an issue.
The front fan is completely unobstructed and will provide out GTX 560 Ti with plenty of clean air flowing from front to back within the chassis.
With the side panel on you can really see the benefit of having a large side panel window, this gives a fantastic view of our components and only makes it more important to pay a little attention to your cable management and components to keep the overall style looking good.
Around the back we see that everything looks neat and tidy, with plenty of breathing room for both our graphics card and bottom mounted PSU.
Finally we have one more view of the chassis exterior, with plenty to see through the side panel and even through the top ventilation mesh, giving the 300R great looks overall.
