Corsair have recently launched their Dominator Platinum series of DDR3 modules. Currently the Dominator Platinum is listed in Corsair’s Press Release to go up to 2800MHz but a DDR3-3000MHz has been spotted at Computex 2012. The modules feature a black heatsink and a user-swappable light bar meaning you can colour coordinate your system. Additionally there is Corsair Link support, a new program by Corsair that lets the user monitor temperatures and voltages of each module via software, in real-time. Intel XMP version 1.4 is supported timings are CAS 12.
These modules are based on hand screened ICs and are intended for the latest Ivy Bridge Z77 systems that support much higher memory speeds.
