The iconic M65 design is still present and accounted for, so those of you who’ve used a previous model will feel right at home.
Down the left side, you’ll find a sniper button, which can be used to drop the DPI for extra precision, as well as two side buttons for navigation, although all buttons can be customised via the downloadable software.
The interior of the mouse uses an aluminium chassis with the durable grip panels mounted around it. There’s a nice wide side panel on the right too, which gives you a good grip point and comfortable ergonomics; for right-hand use at least.
There’s a nice large scroll wheel with a “high mass” design, giving it a good weight and excellent control. Behind that, you’ll find two control switches as well as a few LEDs.
The aluminium housing continues on the base of the mouse, where you’ll find five good size slipmats that give the M65 excellent glide on virtually any gaming surface.
There’s also three flat screw in weights, allowing you to tweak the balance and control of the mouse to suit your taste.
