Corsair Glaive RGB Gaming Mouse Review

A Closer Look
The Glaive comes hard-wired with a very nice quality black braided cable. Like all other Corsair peripherals, it comes with their custom moulded USB header.
From the front left, you can see the Glaive has quite a unique design. The left side buttons are recessed into the of the mouse but have quite large buttons that are easy to reach and control. Below them is a smooth rubber grip side panel, which is mounted magnetically. Of course, we’ll get to see some extra side panels in a moment too.
Along the top edge, there are five LED lighting, which can be customised and also show the current DPI level. Controlling the DPI is easy enough too, with a slim fin-shaped button on the top to cycle through them all.
Around the back, a small Corsair logo, which also comes with customisable RGB lighting. Down the right side, a durable hard-wearing grip, which will give you added control when using a fingertip grip.
The scroll wheel is nice and large and has a soft rubber grip. It does have a weighted feel, but it’s on a high-quality bearing and turns quite quickly, with a small tactile bump for added accuracy.
Both the LMB and RMB are very nicely designed. Each uses an extra wide design, with a sweeping curve design that gives you an optimal finger resting position.
Finally, on the base of the mouse, there are four large slipmats, giving the Glaive outstanding amounts of glide, both on softer pad and harder cloth gaming surfaces.
