Corsair HS55 Wireless Gaming Headset Review

Corsair has been on a long winning streak when it comes to their headsets, actually, quite a few of their product categories now that I think about it. The HS series has long been a favourite of the PC market, offering headsets that cater to just about every budget and requirement. They’ve also continuously updated and improved the range over the years, and today is no exception. Corsair is launching the new HS55 headset today, and for around £99 here in the UK, it comes packed full of great features that promise to make it a strong competitor for anything else on the market.

The Corsair HS55 Wireless comes equipped with low-latency 2.4 GHz wireless audio, as well as Bluetooth connectivity, ensuring easy connectivity with PC, Mac, mobile devices and PlayStation 4 and 5. It also offers Dolby Audio but this is limited to PC/Mac, however, you can use Tempest 3D Audio on compatible PlayStation 5 software. Beyond that, you get a good quality microphone, iCue customisation, long battery life and a lightweight 266 grams design.
