The box is typical for a modern Corsair product, with its newer black and yellow design and a nice photo of the product right in the middle. We can see that it’s supported on PlayStation and PC and supports the Dolby Atmos codec on compatible systems.

Around the back, it’s mostly technical stuff, which I’ve covered already. However, we can see it has Slipstream Wireless and iCUE software support.

The box is just a slipcover, remove that, and you’ll find a very robust interior box.

There’s a layer of foam padding on the lid, and a plastic shell housing the headset, ensuring the hardware is air-gapped to protect it in transit.

In the bottom section of the box, there’s a smaller component box too.

In that box, you’ll find all the usual documentation, as well as a wireless USB dongle for wireless and a USB to Type-C cable for using the headset in wired mode, but this can also be used to charge the headset too.

The cable is tightly braided, and both connectors come with a little textured metal grip for easy use.
