We’ve all heard the news about the GTX 1080, it’s a thundering monster when it comes to turning out polygons at an alarm rate, and while Nvidia has done a great job on this card, there’s almost always room for improved performance, especially so on cards that come with a blower-type air cooler. Corsair stripped back their GTX 1080 to fit a custom AIO cooler solution, as well a quieter blower solution for the internal and VRM aspects of the card. It comes hooked up to a 120mm Corsair Hydro Series H55, equipped with an SP120 white LED fan.
With an AIO on the back, you can expect lower temperatures, as well as less noise. This means you can push the card harder and for longer, overclock it further and get every bit of performance from your new card.
