At stock the Corsair H110 was very quiet indeed. Quieter than the H100i, Kraken X60, and Thermaltake Water 2.0 Extreme. There is no pump noise, no fan rattling and the unit is more or less deadly silent apart from providing a minimal fan hum noise that would be eliminated once inside a decent chassis.

lnterestingly enough the Corsair H110’s acoustic performance remained almost unchanged with overclocking. In fact, to this day, the Corsair H110 is probably the most pleasant AIO liquid CPU cooler I have ever used with respect to noise. If you are a quiet freak then the H110 is excellent for total silence. Obviously, if you wish to get more performance out of it you can equip more aggressive fan profiles, but relatively speaking even at 800-900RPM fan speeds it still offers excellent cooling performance.
