Corsair iCUE LINK TITAN 240 RX RGB AIO Liquid CPU Cooler Review

How Much Does it Cost?

The Corsair iCUE LINK TITAN 240 RX RGB Liquid CPU Cooler is available now from Amazon for just £149.99, a premium price, but it’s fair to say this is a premium quality product, so you’re getting what you pay for. It comes equipped with 2x RX120 RGB Fans and supports Intel LGA 1851/1700, AMD AM5/AM4 processors and has the iCUE LINK System Hub Included. The larger 280mm model is also available for £159.99, while the flagship 360mm is £179.99.

Conclusion

Of course, the latest AIO from Corsair is extremely well-equipped, and that much is reflected in the price tag. However, if you want something more unique, such as the VRM cooler or the LCD, these can be purchased separately which is going to bump up the price. The Corsair iCUE LINK AIO LCD Screen Module is on Amazon for £84.99, but at the time of writing as just £61.98. I couldn’t see the VRM fan on Amazon, but Corsair sells that directly for just £24.99.

When it comes to easy installations, a lot of AIOs can be a bit of a hassle, but I genuinely mean it when I say that the Titan was by far the easiest AIO cooler installation I’ve ever dealt with. The slim metal back plate clipped in, and the AIO pump has all the Intel stuff on it, so it was just a quick spin with the screwdriver and it was sorted. The fans are pre-installed too, so just secure the radiator and you’re ready to rock. As for cables, the custom cables are pretty cool, offering a single cable solution for PWM and ARGB, that’s bridgable and daisy-chainable thanks to the hub system.

However, since this is a proprietary system, you can’t simply connect normal PWM or ARGB cables into this setup, you need iCUE link hardware, but it’s a cool investment, just for the fact it can all be controlled together, and will cut down drastically on cable routing and configuration issues.

As for performance, well, there’s clearly no issue there, this may only be the 240mm model, but it still packs quite a performance punch. A good quality CPU block, a powerful and quiet pump, a premium quality radiator, and great quality Corsair fans, it really is the sum of its parts, and delivers the cooling performance we would expect from a premium brand such as Corsair.
