With a long history of extremely high-performance memory products, we were eager to see what Corsair had to show here at Computex 2017. Unfortunately, they didn’t have much that was particularly new to us. However, they did have some of their best kits on show. This included their flagship Dominator Platinum and their latest RGB kits.
The absolutely stunning Corsair Dominator Platinum Special Edition Torque DDR4 Memory kit is on show. This super exclusive memory is one of the best on the market. If you can find some in stock, it’s also one of the more expensive kits too! It features incredible build quality with an industrial design that certainly stands out. It also uses their patented DHX Cooling Technology for improved overclocking.
It wouldn’t be a Corsair suite if there wasn’t a huge helping of RGB. Their high-end Vengeance RGB gaming memory has extensive colour customisation. However, it also has blazing fast performance for gaming system. Check out our full review here.
The latest Corsair M.2 SSD, the M500 was also on show. It uses the compact 2280 form factor, and comes in 120GB, 240GB and 480GB variants. You’ll find features like Enhanced Error Correction, Wear-Leveling, Garbage Collection and more. What’s also nice to see is that it uses a black PCB, so it’ll blend in nicely with most builds.
