Tired of the same old black power supply, but don’t have the ability to mod it yourself? Thankfully, Corsair now offers the White Series RMx PSU’s. It even comes with custom sleeve cabling to make your system look like a pro-modder’s build. Two new models in addition to the RM1000i white series PSU is available. That power supply only had a limited edition run of 100 and was given away here at eTeknix. The RMx white series now also has an 850W and a 750W capacity.
Each cable has individual Paracord sleeving so it does not bunch up. Paracord is a lightweight synthetic elastic material that found use in military applications. It is a popular sleeving material for its durability, although it is a difficult material to sleeve the cable in. The good news is that Corsair already did that for the user, with proper heatshrink-less terminals. This results in a very clean sleeve look. The included set of cable combs also keeps the sleeves organized and with individual separation. It just looks more presentable this way.
The Corsair RMx white series edition of power supplies is now available. The 850w version goes for $169, while the 750W version is available for $149.
