Corsair Obsidian 750D Full-Tower Chassis Review

Build time on this gargantuan chassis was an incredibly breezy 20 minutes, there is so much room to work with that there wasn’t a single thing that proved difficult or fiddly. The best part of all though has to be how well everything fits, the side panels, the hard drive bays, all of it slots and clicks into place with ease , all screws match up perfectly and the whole thing just feels like that extra care has been taken for the finer details as well as the bigger items.
Without a doubt this chassis can handle a quad GPU configuration and still have plenty of room to spare for ventilation on all sides of the GPU(s). The distance between the edge of the GPU and the side panel window is quite large too so any oversized cards will fit with ease.
Our Kingston SSD looks seriously cool in the back mounting position and I had originally left the HDD bays removed, but the whole front end looked a little bare without them, of course this isn’t an issue if you stick a vertical reservoir here along side a front panel radiator. The front fans have plenty of clear space to provide our components with clean air and the clean cable management means that airflow is unobstructed throughout.
The top fan / radiator mounts make a mockery of the H100i, the CPU cooler isn’t small yet it looks tiny in the top of the 750D, certainly enough room for thick custom radiators and cooling loops.
All side panels back in place and this build looks seriously impressive and as much as I appreciate the stealth paint job that Corsair have applied, the urge to install lots of funky lighting is strong.
