CORSAIR are one of the best known manufacturers of PC hardware and they pretty much cover almost all bases with cooling, water-cooling, cases, SSDs, PSUs, peripherals and much more. Today they’ve launched two new cases acting as a sort of successor to their 280X and 680X dual-chamber cases, meet the 2500 and 6500 series.
The 2500 and 6500 series cases are two Dual-chamber cases that are separated by two different sizes, Micro-ATX for the 2500 and Mid-tower for the 6500. They offer a lot, most notably support for the new reverse motherboards such as ASUS BTF and MSI Project Zero, plus they offer a lot of customisability. Users can choose between either a full glass panel with no A Pillar for maximum visibility of their system, or they can opt for a mesh front panel for more airflow. Furthermore the top panel, bottom panel and rear side panel are mesh allowing for lots of airflow.
Customisation goes even further with this case as CORSAIR provides optional wood and aluminium panels to offer an entirely different look for the cases which go on top of the options of white and black base colours. All panels are also tool-free making it easy to access and modify your hardware. Another new feature of Corsair’s is the effortless one-twist Quikturn fan screws for easy fan installation.
“We have a strong legacy to uphold with respect to dual chamber cases, and we really wanted to up the ante to make these the most attractive cases to build in,” said Aaron Neal, Director of DIY Product Marketing at Corsair. “Fans of our 680X and 280X will find that we honor that legacy while adding in plenty of new features that vastly improve the PC building experience.”
Corsair 6500 Series and 2500 Series Dual Chamber PC Cases are available now from the Corsair webstore and the Corsair worldwide network of authorized retailers and distributors. 6500 Series and 2500 Series accessories are available direct from the Corsair webstore.
