Despite being so powerful and compact, this PSU can actually run passively up to around 400W or until the thermal limits kick in, which may be sooner on a really hot day. However, even when the fan is going, the incredible efficiency makes cooling pretty easy, and the fan didn’t have to work hard under prolonged high load.
