Overclocking
At 6000 MHz out of the box using XMP 3.0 there wasn’t a lot of meat on the bone, so to speak, but an extra 6200 MHz did see us boost the overall read, write and copy speeds a little bit. It’s not much, but if you’re running memory restricted software such as SuperPi, this can make a real difference to your system performance.
However, it did come at an increase in latency, so personally, I’d leave it stock, as I’d rather have the tighter latency for gaming, but the higher speeds are there should you need them.
