Cougar 600M Gaming Mouse Coming Soon

Cougar has just revealed their new 600M gaming mouse. The 600M is Cougar’s second gaming mouse, which follows on from the 700M. The new mouse is packed full of high performance components and features that make it an ideal choice for any discerning gamer. It features high quality OMROM switches, an ADNS-9800 sensor, soft touch treatment for extra grip, a 32-bit ARM processor and 512KB on-board storage.
The mouse can store three full profiles, each with their own settings, macros and button configurations. The onboard memory means that it’s tournament ready and won’t require desktop software to take all of your favourite settings along with you.
The 600M is certainly unique in terms of aesthetics and features a nice ergonomic shape that will suit right handed players. Cougar says the mouse is best suited for claw-grip play types, but that palm and fingertip grip users will still “find it very comfortable too”. The black edition looks pretty smart and of course we can’t ignore that incredibly bright orange edition; which is a little garish in my opinion.
The 600M is equipped with eight fully configurable buttons; including a 45º sniper button. It also supports the Cougar UIX System and Cougar Fusion; this allows you to easily configure settings, profiles and shortcuts between the 600M and other Cougar products such as the new 700M keyboard.
There is no pricing information available right now, but we do know that the mouse will be available before the end of the year.
Thank you Cougar for providing us with this information.
