Complete System

The Cougar MX410-G RGB is a lovely case to work with, nothing crazy or innovative, but everything works and fits as well as you would expect.

Cable routing is really tidy, with lots of well placed cable routing holes dotted just about everywhere on the interior. Of course, it’s also rammed with RGB fans, so let’s power those up!

The fans can throw out a decent amount of light, even in my well lit room. The colours are excellent too, and do well to highlight the case interior and illuminate that plastic front panel.

I love that they’ve angled the side panel like this too, as it allowed them to throw light down the sides of the panel. I didn’t expect this effect and overall, it’s a really cool looking lighting design.

Of course, if you don’t like the colours, you can cycle through the effects easily enough using the little button on the top of the case. There’s too many effects and colours to count, but you should easily find something that suits your taste.

On the interior, those fans aren’t just throwing out light, but also a lot of air flow. Three 120mm fans in the front means there’s airflow from top to bottom. There’s good clearance around the GPU too, and more than enough width for a wider card.

Large air coolers don’t seem to be an issue either, with good clearance on all sides. Furthermore, it seems that slim AIO radiators will have no issue fitting in the top of the case.

Cable routing around the motherboard is pretty decent, and while there are no grommets, there are a good range of holes right where you’re going to need them. Of course, the PSU shroud allows you to cram all the extra cable out of sight too, so a clean build is easy to achieve.

With all the glass back in place, the build is complete and it looks pretty great actually. Very impressive for such an affordable model.

Even with the RGB off, I think it’s rather attractive.

However, how you choose to configure it is up to you. Overall though, I think you’ll agree it’s a nice looking build.
