Cougar has been releasing some truly fantastic gaming hardware recently, and they’re looking set to continue that trend with their Ultimus RGB Mechanical Keyboard. The full-size mech comes equipped with per-key RGB LED lighting, with options for lighting zones and effects. Its driverless design means that it’s plug and play ready while also sporting full N-key rollover (USB mode) and a 1000 Hz polling rate.
The design of the keyboard looks fairly simple, and we don’t know which brand of switches will be used, although a lack of that information often tells me it’s not Cherry, but I could be wrong.
No word on pricing or a release date just yet, but we’re hoping to find out more on the latest from Cougar pretty soon.
