Getting us off on a very positive note, the Cougar VTE easily meets these requirements with roughly an 83% efficiency rating at 20% load while getting close to 85% at maximum output.
The PFC rating is mostly exactly what you would want to see. Admittedly, the numbers do take a little dip towards the mid-point which is a little unusual as these, generally speaking, start low and peak at around 80%.
It is, however, only a matter of curiosity and, trust me, everything looks fine here.
In terms of voltage regulation, while deviance is important, I consider the more critical factor to be consistency and, as you can see in the results below, while there is some deviance, it’s certainly not large with the numbers provided at the differing outputs being very solid!
