Counter-Strike 2 Is Now Banning People for Having a High Sensitivity Mouse

With the release of Counter-Strike 2, there were many new things added to try and make the game feel like a new game, while still retaining the old counter-strike vibes we know and love. However, in doing this, it created many new issues too!
Honestly, I’ve started to lose track of how many issues Valve’s latest long-awaited FPS has run into, but this new one is so damn stupid, it’s almost comical because players are now receiving VAC bans for having a high mouse sensitivity.
Counter-Strike 2 VAC Ban
That’s right, if you move your mouse too fast, you may get banned…
One of these new changes that came with Counter-Strike 2 was the new version of Valves Anti-Cheat which had the unintended effect of interpreting some of the player’s movements as cheat software so the VAC would ban cheaters and sometimes people who just had a fast mouse.
The bug was found by YouTuber Somethingsee he demonstrates in one of his videos that if you increase your mouse sensitivity above 10000 DPI and spin frantically during the warmup the VAC will pick this up and distribute a VAV ban. This bug was then recreated by another YouTuber TabbynDumo
