An update has been released for Counter Strike 2 which has introduced the maps workshop into the game allowing for community map makers to bring their creations into the game.
Building Counter Strike 2 back up into a state where people aren’t constantly wishing CS:GO to come back is a difficult task for Valve, but today they have made another step towards that state. The map workshop has officially been introduced into Counter Strike 2 allowing users to play on a variety of custom maps from various creators including aim training maps, full-scale custom maps and maps ported over from other games and previous CS games. The workshop is already getting filled up with a large variety of different maps that should keep some fans happy for the time being.
