A Closer Look
Out of the box, the Cryorig immediately impresses you with its small stature. Despite the size, the Cryorig M9 Plus does impress you with its design and immediately gives you confidence that this should be a strong little performer!
As you can see, the radiator vents have a lattice style design which looks really excellent. Whether this has any impact on performance or not is unclear, but it’s certainly something a little different in terms of design.
Despite this being a 2-fan design, you are, of course, more than capable of just operating with 1 fan. Despite that though, there isn’t really any need to. Its sleek design shouldn’t provide any difficulty for even the most humongous of RAM chips.
With both fans Installed, the Cryorig M9 Plus looks excellent. The 92mm fans are certainly something very different to the usual standard, but with two in operation, this should help promote a good strong airflow.
As you can see from the frontal photograph, despite the small size of the fan, it provides excellent coverage of the radiator. With two of these on the go, we expect to see some decent cooling figures. Even despite this being a compact design.
Overall, the Cryorig M9 Plus might be small in stature, but in the presentation it’s excellent. With it’s sleek, small design, this wouldn’t dominate the aesthetic in any system build. It would, surprisingly for an air cooler, actually provide something of a unique option for many looking for something that little bit different.
Contact Plate
The Cryorig M9 Plus, despite its small size, has an impressively large contact plate. One that should suit the vast majority of processor chipset designs. In addition to this, you will also note that this has 6 pipes leading to the radiator. For such a small design, you might have forgiven them for only having 2, but they have managed to squeeze in three with surprisingly good spacing.
