Installation
Installing this cooler couldn’t be much easier, just drop the universal AMD or Intel backplate on the motherboard, and let the screws go through the appropriate holes; it takes literally a few seconds to do.
Twist on the retaining thumb screws.
Sit the mounting arms over the top.
Four more thumb screws hold those in place; so far it’s taken my about a minute to do all this.
Side step for a moment, we decided it was a great time to install those colourful covers. They don’t change the performance at all, but they sure do give it some added flair!
Use the included screwdriver to lock it down into place.
Fans back on, plug them into the motherboard, and bam, you’re done!
This is one sexy looking cooler, although it is quite large, it doesn’t conflict with low-profile ram, but as said before, there are two models available should you need room for tall ram modules.
The colour accents look great, especially since they match up with the blue and black theme of our motherboard.
That’s all the visual stuff taken care of, so let’s fire it up and see what this beast can do.
