Temperatures – Single CPU
CRYORIG’s R1 Universal does surprisingly well. The surprise is due to the smaller contact surface which doesn’t seem to hinder its performance. The four packages come in at idle temperatures of 20/20/19/20 while the load temperatures come in at 46/46/42/41.
Acoustics – Single CPU
The R1 does produce a little more noise than our standard testbench cooler, but not a lot. And considering what it has to handle, it’s not bad at all.
