CrystalDiskMark is a small HDD benchmark utility for your hard drive that enables you to rapidly measure sequential and random read/write speeds.

Systems Comparison
Unlike the SSD performance, the hard drive performance figures that we see recorded within CrystalDiskMark are very good to see. Many gamers choose to store their Steam game directories on a hard drive as opposed to SSDs due to their price per GB. Having a drive that offers both fast read and writes will improve the overall gaming experience. Take note though that even though this test system comes with a Seagate Barracuda, the drive that is used other Ultra Fusion builds may vary due to availability and pricing at the time.
