This could be the year of Cyberpunk 2077.
We’re well-aware that Cyberpunk 2077 is nowhere near ready. Creating high-quality, immersive games takes a lot of time and effort. However, if it will indeed be larger and better than the Witcher 3, we’re surely in for a treat. Not too long ago, Cyberpunk 2077’s Twitter account showed some signs of activity. Now, sources indicate that CD Projekt RED’s cyberpunk game could receive an official trailer at this year’s E3 event. GRYOnline’s sources also suggest that a select few will be able to enjoy a playable demo behind closed doors. That wouldn’t be too unusual, as the same thing happened with Witcher 3.
About this trailer.
Even if CD Projekt RED does reveal a trailer for Cyberpunk 2077, it’s not likely that this will be an actual gameplay trailer. Using the same Witcher 3 parallel, we know that even that game was downgraded to a certain extent. The end result came up fine either way, but it’s always good to keep our expectations in check when it comes to these trailers. E3 is scheduled to commence in June, so the developers have a bit of time left to put everything in place. The expo is the perfect place to showcase new projects, after all, especially the highly anticipated ones.
