Even though Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is still receiving plenty of attention from gamers and developers alike, some are already thinking about CD Projekt RED’s next big release, which is going to be Cyberpunk 2077. What we know about this upcoming game so far is that it’s going to be yet another RPG, this time based on the Cyberpunk series of tabletop role-playing games. The game will allow us to explore a dystopian futuristic world that will showcase a degenerated human society as well as impressive technological advancements. Based on REDengine 3, the same used for The Witcher 3, this game is likely to feature impressive graphics, and even though we don’t know much about its gameplay so far, we have stumbled upon a series of images that represent a potential version of Cyberpunk 2077’s user interface assets.
The images were released by a Reddit member named “TheLastWitcher,” and appear to highlight a dialogue system similar to what we’ve seen in Mass Effect. The images were found in the Witcher 3’s files, and according to the user, they were probably stored there by mistake. It’s worth keeping in mind that these might just be nothing more than placeholders, which means that the final product could very well look completely different.
