While I certainly appreciate both the features and benefits of an AIO liquid cooler, I think I’ll always personally prefer air solutions. – No, they’re often not quite as fancy or fashionable, but in terms of overall durability, reliability, and ease of use, it’s hard to deny that if a consumer picks the right option, they’ll rarely be disappointed with what they get.
With this in mind, therefore, we get to check out the newly released DeepCool AK400 ZERO DARK PLUS. A brand new air-cooling solution offering sleek aesthetics, high levels of performance, and all within a relatively compact design.
For those of you who are familiar with DeepCool’s current product line-up, we should start by noting that the AK400 ZERO DARK PLUS is essentially the same as the ‘non-plus’ base model with the only key difference between the two being the inclusion of a second fan. – With this only adding circa £10 onto the price, however, it’s not a bad deal for those looking for a little extra performance while still maintaining a strong and sleek visual design.
So, what is the DeepCool AK400 ZERO DARK PLUS? Well, it’s a single-tower dual-fan performance air CPU cooler. While no ARGB/RGB lighting effects are on offer (make of that what you will), DeepCool has still attempted (with more than a little success I should add) to make this an exceptionally attractive design which shouldn’t look out of place within any kind of PC system!
