Stock Temperatures
It’s not overly surprising that the new Zero Dark Zoria performs largely the same as the AK620 Digital. The temperature is slightly lower, but I suspect that’s to do with the Digital having a full top plate, while the Zoria has more breathing room between the two cooling towers.
Overclocked Temperatures
it’s the same while overclocked, with load temperatures just over 1c lower, and I bet if I took that larger top plate off the Digital version, the performance would match the Zoria.
Stock Acoustics
Acoustics are unsurprisingly similar too, with both the Digital and Zoria scoring the same.
Overclocked Acoustics
There was a 1c difference while overclocked, which in all honesty would be pretty hard to notice the difference between either in a blind test. Regardless, this cooler runs cool and quiet, and that’s what matters. It even ran quieter than the mighty Noctua NH-U12A.
