DeepCool AK620 Zero Dark Zoria CPU Cooler Review

Today’s review is something a little bit different, as while getting a new air cooler from the masters at DeepCool is nothing new, getting one that has such a unique theme is pretty rare here at eTeknix HQ. Normally, anything fancy we get is just a standard model with a little TV or some RGB on the pump. Instead, this one has some cool graphics and custom fans that should make it stand out from the crowd.

Admittedly, I hadn’t heard of Zoria: Age of Shattering until recently, it’s a new one to me, but honestly, I don’t care, I’m just excited to have something relatively unique come in for review. While some may care about the game, and that’s cool, I just miss the more colourful days of PC gaming hardware we enjoyed before RGB dominated everything.

Zoria: Age of Shattering

Beautifully designed with the unmistakable hallmarks of the squad-based tactical RPG from Anshar Studios, this rendition of the AK620 ZERO DARK immerses the player further into the fantasy world of Zoria while they lead a team of heroes to victory in epic turn-based battles.

Features

Equipped with a dual-tower air cooler design, this cooler is based on their popular AK620 cooler, but as I’ve said, it also comes with a rather unique aesthetic. It features six copper heat pipes, a copper cold plate, and two silent FDB fans that can cool up to a 260W TDP processor.

  • The AK620 ZERO DARK ZORIA is a high-end dual-tower air cooler based on the well-known AK620 design.
  • AK620 ZERO DARK ZORIA with six advanced copper heatpipes, a pure copper cold plate, a dense dual-tower heatsink, and two silent FDB fans, produces a powerful formula for high-performance cooling in a black and yellow aesthetic.
  • Powerful 260W TDP cooling capacity supports even overclocked CPUs in compact PCs.
  • Two 120mm PWM fans at 1850RPM offer 68.99CFM each for efficient air cooling Anti-noise pads in the corners of the fans prevent vibration and keep the noise level below 28dB(A).
  • AK620 Zero Dark ZORIA’s 160mm height is compatible with most ATX/M-ATX cases; please check the height limit of your CPU heatsink before purchase.
  • The Dual-Tower CPU air cooler includes fans with a total width of 138mm without blocking most RAM slots; if the RAM slots are too high to be compatible with the CPU air cooler, you can unclamp the fan and set it higher.
  • Supports Intel sockets LGA 2066/2011-v3/2011/1700/1200/1151/1150/1155 AMD AM5/AM4
