DeepCool DQ850-M-V2L Power Supply Review

Over Power Protection and Max Wattage

While power supplies are always rated to a specific wattage output, it’s not uncommon for them to often have a little bit of ‘wiggle’ room. While this is usually only 10-15% in regards to the DeepCool DQ850-M-V2L it is a huge 21%!

While you should, of course, buy PSUs to suit your needs, this one clearly has a pretty substantial overhead to ensure that even if you push your parts a little harder, perhaps through an overclock or exceptionally powerful specifications, it’ll still have all the power you need to keep things running happily.
