DeepCool Unveil its New AK500 High-Performance CPU Cooler

DeepCool has announced the launch of its new AK500, a continuation of the AK series that includes models such as the highly-popular AK620. The DeepCool AK500 is a high-performance single tower CPU cooler that maximizes cooling potential with a large heat sink, five advanced heat pipes, and a highly efficient 120mm FDB fan.

DeepCool AK500 High-Performance CPU Cooler

The AK500 High-Performance CPU cooler debuts as a powerful and low-noise single tower CPU cooler that features one FK120, 120mm FDB fan for exceptional cooling performance. By optimizing the internal capillary structure and injecting a precise amount of liquid, the AK500’s five copper heat pipes provide excellent heat dissipation of up to 240W, whether the cooler is installed vertically or horizontally. This perfect ratio facilitates a highly efficient phase change throughout the heat pipes and achieves lower thermal resistance across a wide TDP range.

Features

Cool, Quiet and Powerful

Designed with precision, the high-performance DeepCool FK120 fan maximizes airflow and static pressure while keeping noise low due to a dynamic PWM range of 500~1850 RPM. The FDB bearing ensures increased stability and reliability with a long operational lifespan. An optional L.S.P (low-noise adapter cable) is included for end-users that prefer low-noise operation. With the use of the included low-noise adapter cable, the PWM range is limited to 500~1550 RPM and therefore noise is further reduced, offering the end-user the best of both worlds.

Excellent Compatibility and Easy Installation

The angled, offset heat pipe design provides clear access to the RAM slots on the motherboard, while providing full clearance for memory modules with tall heat spreaders. For quad channel motherboards, the AK500 offers memory clearance of up to 45mm. The all-metal mounting bracket provides an easy installation process and ensures the cooler is securely mounted on multiple platforms supporting the latest sockets from both Intel and AMD.
