So, after weeks and weeks of speculation, Blizzard yesterday finally confirmed that Diablo 2 Remastered (AKA Diablo 2 Resurrected) was officially on the way. While they didn’t go as far as to confirm any release date, however, something a little surprising has turned up. Well, for people who intend to play it on PC at least.
So, what is it? Well, following an update to the games official website, we (perhaps surprisingly) have the full list of confirmed PC requirements for Diablo 2 Resurrected.
As above, it should be noted that no release date for the game has been confirmed yet. Well, other than the fact that it will come out before the end of this year. As such, while we do have official PC specifications listed, we should note that given that this game may still have potentially several months to go before it hits ‘shelves’, these may be subject to some moderate tweaks in the interim. So, with that little disclaimer out of the way, can your PC run it? Well, let’s find out!
Minimum Requirements
Recommended Specifications
So, starting with the minimum requirements, like most of Blizzard’s games, we’re definitely in potato country here so even if your system or laptop is bordering on a little outdated, you still shouldn’t have any problems getting Diablo 2 Resurrected to play. I must admit though, the recommended is certainly a little higher than I’d anticipated. Particularly for the processors which, while clearly nothing new, are still widely considered decent and potent models even by today’s standard.
Still, Diablo 2 Resurrected is 100% definitely coming, and, quite frankly, I couldn’t be happier! – You can check out the games’ official website via the link here if you want to learn more!
